Whether guests are looking to whip up a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or cook a gourmet dinner after a day out, the ample space and modern appliances will provide all the tools necessary for a successful dining experience! After a long day out in the sun, retire to one of four comfortable bedrooms (3 Queens, 1 King). Equipped with premium linens, smart tvs, and ceiling fans, each room is furnished to provide you a tranquil setting to unwind after a day of adventuring throughout coastal South Carolina. The house also features two full bathrooms stocked with both essential toiletries and fresh towels to provide the utmost level of comfort and convenience to guests throughout their stay. Attached to the rear of the house is a sun-room that contains plenty of seating and serves as a great communal area. Whether you are looking to initiate a family game night or gather the adults for a late-night hang, this is the place to do it! Perhaps the most attractive part of this stay is the numerous outdoor amenities! Guests are invited to take a dip in the hot tub, unwind on one of the two furnished porches, or even grab a fishing pole and cast in from the private dock. An outdoor BBQ grill is also provided because no beach vacation is complete without cooking up some tasty burgers and hot dogs! Guest should limit to bringing 4 or less vehicles as parking is limited No Parties or events. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people. It is illegal to generate any sustained or repetitive noise, no matter the source, “that is audible beyond the property line between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., when, in the opinion of the responding official, such noise is excessive, disrupting the peace, or disturbing the general public. Due to this noise monitors have been installed around the home in efforts to resolve the noise violation before officials can be called. If warnings are disregarded officials will be called to intervene. Dispose of garbage in trash bin and set out by road before 7 a.m. on Mondays and Fridays If you are bringing your dog only allow them to relieve themselves in the grass and/or astroturf areas. Clean up after them with provided poop bags. Do not allow them on indoor or outdoor Furniture. All Dogs must be house trained. Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Please set air conditioning to 73/ heat set to 65. Please also close and lock the doors and windows before leaving. Report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. Wash all dishes, empty fridge and throw out garbage before check-out. Swimming is allowed in the Chanel, but we recommend only to do so at high tide. Swimming is at your own risk. In the event of a Hurricane or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We can not guarantee the availability of each amenity.
